CCT Cylindrically-conical fermentation tank CRAFT

CCF cylindrically-conical fermenters, CCT cylindrically-conical tanks, the most commonly used brewery fermentation vessels, with classical design and equipment – for the most of breweries, microbreweries and producers of alcoholic carbonated cider. Insulated tanks cooled by water (or glycol). They are equipped with double-jacket for efficient cooling and temperature control during all fermentation process.

The CRAFT version of the tanks allows the beer production using traditional methods and final conditioning of beer in the tank like flavoring with natural hops, carbonization with carbon dioxide etc.

The CRAFT version of the fermentor has bigger total inner volume than the CLASSIC version because stronger craft beer creates more foam during the fermentation.

Designed to use with beer, cider, sparkling wine.

CCT Cylindrical conical tanks are typical brewery tanks that are designed especially for production of alcoholic beverages like beer, carbonized wine or cider. They are designed to fermentation of alcoholic beverages under pressure. In pressure version, the tanks are available also for secondary fermentation process (maturation of beverage under pressure). In this case, it is possible to use them also as serving tanks (bright beer tanks – BBT) before filling of beverage into kegs or bottles, kegs or other packages. We produce all these devices either in model configurations or according to individual customer requirements. For example, we can equippe this type of the tanks also with additional armatures for filtration of beverages, for extraction of hops into cold beer (dry hopping, cold hopping).
